This is a very simple Excel file. You can use it when negotiating price at the car dealer.
Sales people will give you options: monthly, bi-weekly, 5 years, 6 years, different interest rates, etc. But typically they will not tell you the total cost over the course of the loan.
Initial fees (if any), plus regular payments, plus end of the term payment (if any).
Example: my monthly payment may be lower in a certain option but if I will pay more in total over the course of the loan – this will be my loss and bank’s win.

Anyway this file let’s you quickly compare options if you bring your laptop to the dealership.

You can also use free MS Excel app on your phone. Download MS Excel app from Apple Store or Google Play Store. It’s not as convenient as regular Excel. But this file is mobile screen friendly.

This is a very simple template. It took me longer to type this text than to make the actual Excel file. 🙂
