This is an old Windows app that I have developed before I switched to Excel. You do not need Microsoft Excel to run it. But it does not connect to anything mobile. Windows client only.

The database is encrypted and stored locally on your computer. It does not need online banking passwords. You can put it in the cloud folder and sync between multiple computers (Dropbox works best).
